The entirety of the middle east will then stop consuming goat products in their entirety what so ever....also. but they can have ten outfits made only of cloth spun by hand... if they like... User ID: 80117407 ![]() 09/18/2023 12:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | A climate change initiative, spearheaded by London Mayor Sadiq Khan, is recommending against buying more than three items of clothing a year, privately owning a car and flying more than once every three years. The C40 Climate Leadership group comprises, in its own words, “a network of nearly 100 mayors of the world’s leading cities that are united in action to confront the climate crisis”, and has commissioned a report making suggestions for how cities can halve their greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. Quoting: DBA Khan, who chairs the C40 group, has received backlash from Londoners following this month’s Ulez expansion. Though the C40 Cities initiative, under the guise of the Clean Air Wins campaign, has shared videos in favour of Ulez, the Wall Street Journal this week highlighted the less highly-publicised proposals in its report, authored in collaboration with the University of Leeds, such as “no meat, no dairy and no private vehicles”. Also suggested is travelling by plane only once every three years, which the WSJ compares to the policies of “climate lockdowns”. [link to unherd.com (secure)] good , so the 100 mayors of the largest cities will enforce that and the rest of us it doesnt apply. Makes sense to me Don't be naive. Using the cities is the UN/WEFs attempt to end run around the constitutions and the various protection policies of the nations. Especially in the US if they get the cities to do it, then it bypasses all the tripwires and protections of the constitution. It's a local matter not a federal one. Then the people of those cities living under it and accepting it, will vote for it and it will only be a short time before it is the law of the whole land. A couple of generations after that it will be permanent. Like driver's licenses; which are a violation to the freedom of movement clause, which including moving goods by carriage and wagon. You can't convince the masses today to get rid of them. You won't be able to convince the masses of the future they have the right to travel or eat meat either. Wear same one daily for 3 months. Don't wash as it will wear out the fabric. Occasionally spray whole garment with Lysol spray to keep odor/fungus away Also save on bath soap and water usage After 3 months, take shower, rinse clothes with gasoline, hang out to dry. Try not to inhale fumes and don't smoke when rinsing. Some ppl already do this. ;-) |
