The fact that there is no sort of evidence, not even firsthand accounts, of the epic round-up that had to have taken place to support the outcome being described may lend itself to the idea that there was no 'round-up'- it could be all those people left because they wanted to.

Why would they want to? That is a great question- free (or the convincing promise thereof) $, drugs, fill-in--the blank... Does this mean that if this is the case those people are now OK or in a better place? Hardly-

Knowing what we know of those in power, we can pretty much rest assured that if what occurred was in anyway a good, beneficial thing they would be bragging about it and making a fuss. We can therefore assume whatever occurred was 'bad'. The sheer logistical reality of moving that many people, many of whom are by definition 'resistant' and/or deficient in some way, in that short a period of time sure seem odd/potentially troublesome to say the least.

That many people don't just disappear without someone making it happen. What bothers me is in one of those videos above the guy said in his comment section that family members have not made contact since this happened. They tried to reach out to their family members and ....nothing.

That is worrisome. I knowa large part of the homeless are drug addicted. Another large part are mental. Some are both. But there are a few that aren't either category.

Homelessness can happen to anyone. A lot of people are only one paycheck away from becoming homeless. Others two paychecks away.

TBH covid lock downs really hurt my savings. Then this inflation we are suffering under isn't helping to build back up what I have lost. Many others are in the same boat.

What has happened to those people? It needs to be answered as it could be one or more of us in the future.
