Meteor smashes through car roof.

Policeon scene and found some smal objects which have been sent for analysis.

The roof of this red car looked as if had been in Sci fi horror movie.

Reminds me of an old volcano movie where a rock goes through the roof and takes out the wife of one of the main characters, for some reason

Red cars are bad luck. Everyone knows that.

Red cars, opening an umbrella in the house, black cats crossing your path, a bird inside the house, spilling salt, breaking mirrors, putting shoes up on a shelf, "little people" and rocking a rocking chair with nobody sitting in it.
And more.

It's not impossible that the car was hit by a meteor, but it's also possible a large jagged rock was dropped from a high place onto the car.
"Look! Muh car was hit by a meteor.. can I be in the papers now?"
So...meh.

Or something because I expected to see scorched metal around the edges and a big burnt hole in the back seat where it burnt a hole through it and the floorboard and the car had to actually be pushed out of the way to retrieve the meteorite the next day after it cooled down sufficently to pry it out of the melted asphalt.

Yeah, and any rock in one piece that could smash through the roof should have been evident inside the car.
Broken to pieces or not, something should have been there.
Specialists would have no trouble identifying a genuine meteorite so Shazzamm! it disappeared, huh.

A digger or heavy machinery could easily have driven past and decided to do the damage.
