I don't know if anything is going to happen but if FINCEN is on stand-by we should all be aware of it. FINCEN Its their first move(pawn). The last time there was a world wide call-up was a month before the Iraq invasion 2003. With the flooding in Iowa, looming food crises,banking failures,oil prices and even now the Lisbon treaty being rejected I can understand why their is a call-up in the States and a standby order in Europe.
