With all these investing movies, youd think theyre trying to get people invested in investing

Financially desperate.

Get people to put their capital in a place that can quickly all be taken away.

People have a lot of trouble with delayed gratification...You get rich over time, not quickly...

Plus they spend their life living in debt, instead of being on the other side of the equation...

That's because no one's investing.

Um, Friday's close set a record high...

I just can't take anyone seriously anymore who uses political terminology when addressing others as if that held weight in an argument... Politicians and politics were all bullshit control mechanisms already, but the advent of bots and information warfare has taken all the fun out of it, and what was once an entertaining past time that many took way too seriously, and few treated it as the game it was, is now just completely drained of any novelty whatsoever.
