When they draft they take like 5 a month from each town around the country. And nobody cares because it’s such a small number. If the first 5 don’t go then they might take you or a friend of yours or family member so everyone makes sure those 5 go. Then the next 5 and next 5. Super easy to shut off and hunt down the 10% that won’t go because it’s only 1 every 2 months per town vs tens of thousands of LEO’s looking for them with all credit cards, banks, car registrations revoked.
