Any judge can see he is lying, obfuscating, deflecting and has not tendered credible testimony. Based upon that testimony there is the preponderance of evidence of a level of impropriety which rises to disqualification of Willis and possible criminal charges stemming from their prior sworn statements.

Wade is also in for sanctions and possible criminal investigation by the IRS as he has admitted receiving cash against listed business expenses he deducted. If I am representing Wade's wife, today was Christmas, Thanksgiving and the 4th of July all rolled into one. He is going to get hammered for false statements made under oath on interrogatories.
