There is information that a nuclear explosion is planned for the city of Kharkov, Ukraine some time before the Russian elections (Russian presidential elections are in March 15-17). This provocation will be blamed on Putin. It will contaminate the Russian territory of Belgorod too, which they hope will lower the chances for Putin's re-election.
