I believe republicans like their presidents really really stupid. That way the powers that be can do as they please and their 'leader' is too stupid to realize what is happening. Ronnie was suffering from dementia while he was prez .... W. Bush is as simple as they come ... just dumb as a rock. McCain ... another dementia victim. I guess this works out better for them.
