PUNITIVE DAMAGES EXAMPLE

Hi I am a posting this subject because I would like to know if I would be entitled to Punitive Damages from my employer at the Workplace. My employer who is also the owner of the Place I work at has sexually harassed me with a joke towards me that really offended me and made me feel like crap. Also he has threatened me with a knife and for firing me. It is a hostile work environment where I work. I feel like shit everyday when I work there when he is there. I feel depressed and hopless. I am in the process of of finding a nother job But I can't quit because I need to make money. Am I entitled to Punitive damages from Him??? Any advice would help
