Great job and gives the best idea of the damage there that I have seen. I think that there will be a cover up of the death count....."bodies washed out to sea"....since FEDS are bailing out AIG even before they have to start paying out on the insurance policies people had. |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 504765 United States 09/16/2008 10:34 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thanks for taking the time to look.Another thread on here led me to ABC13 Houston and they mentioned the comparisons on the USGS GOV site and before and after photos ONLY a FEW days apart.Boy how those peoples lives changed -from luxury to nothing in a few hours.The other world problems mean nothing to them. My point is on the casualties--no light middle of the night and all those homes washed into the sea.We will never know the human cost. An associate living in FL said back when those 4 storms hit S Fl a few years back esp around Punta Gorda and north, many folks died and were just buried and never counted.It looks to be the same thing here in that no one knows who left and who didnt.Very sad. |
