Anyone else feel like their equilibrium has been screwed up for the last week or so?

I don't know what is going on, but for over a week now, I have been feeling bad. I've been having bouts of dizziness, off and on mild headaches, mild nausea (felt sick after I ate breakfast), feelings of frequent motion sickness, shaky, etc. This started completely out of the blue last week and I haven't felt good since. For the record, I'm not hypoglycemic, I don't have an ear infection, etc. Just wondering if anyone else is feeling this way too.
