Why do people find it necessary to embed youtube videos? | |

Im not on dial up but I have a few friends that are, They cant stand embeds. I am however, on an outdated pc with firefox 1 and out dated java. You should see what it does to the memory.  |

OR if someone tells me how to here in this very thread!! but to answer the question... i think that its helpful because ya know for the most part we kinda lazy and all and having the video right there and available is well... a nice jesture on the part of the poster... you can just watch it from the thread without having to leave the site 2 cents.... minus 2 cents.. because its late and I have no sense Leave the site? It opens in another window or tab. If you click on a link, it plays just the same as clicking on the embeded vid. If you leave the thread your vid goes away. Do you know what a task manager is? It monitors your memory usage. When I click on a thread full of embedded vids it spikes to 100% and everything slooooooows dooooooooown. A thread full of links does not. Just ask my friend Wasayo what happens when 50 youtube vids are posted on a page. Haha! lol.. maybe 'embedders' seek more energy to support? |

Some people don't speak English. It's not fair for English speakers to leave out the rest of the world. Everybody should learn Spanish, and English should be banned in public. OMG, some people in the world don't have electricity. That's such an injustice! Everybody needs to stop using electricity until it's available to everyone. PROBLEM SOLVED! |
