Spectrum, I haven't made it to the end of this thread yet to see if this has already been offered, but from a physiological / biochem approach, have you tried taking magnesium taurate or citrate before bed?

Um, not to be a stick in the mud, as this thread is, well ... CIVIL !! lol, but, you do realize that the requirements to be an Indigo constitute basically every teen / young adult that has ever lived, yes?

But to get right back to the track of your thoughts ..... me, now being - ugh - old, I have noticed that in the young generation (I am assuming that is you in your avatar?), there really is something "more" than generations before you. Things such as seeing auras, and having insights that just weren't heard of previously, etc etc, as a natural gift. Just an observation.

I previously thought that it was a wolf as the outline is the same when they both howl mournfully.

But Since I was chided for thinking a wolf was my totem for my state of being doesn't deserve wolf, I have thought maybe Coyote is my totem animal after all. I have been followed by a pack of them multiple times. and I dreamed of Coyote a few times too. Coyote was at my bedside crying and helping me to get better instead of wolf. I think I see that now.

Hopefully I dream of coyote tonight. :nekowink:

everyone deserves a wolfy companion!!
i often take the form of a wolf in my dreams :) astral projection, too.
and when i'm being stupid or making bad decisions, i always have the teacher wolf in my dreams... giving me the eye and reminding me of things...
and then we run around and play in the forest :)
