You know what.. this thing, this "frozen shoulder" thing, has 3 phases. I may be now at the second one, because that is the one where it is still frozen, but there isn't much pain. So that is where I am at. But I think I have had a lot of help from a certain Coyote too.. very Wile E. fellow.. lol

Yes it has subsided to if I jerk it inadvertently. It WAS 24/7 pain. Thank God for stage 2! Anyway guess what I have a tentative date to go back to work light duty!! Hoping!!

I haven't "checked my math" (shamanicly), but looking at your picture I immediately felt you are correct about Crow. You certainly look like a crow to me. However, I will still find out for you.
