Q: Why is it illegal to release CFC gases like air conditioner freon into the air without strict reclamation procedures while it is legal under the loophole to let loose Methyl Bromide Gas (which is reported to be 50x more damage to the ozone layer into the environment) with no reclamation whatsoever?
