yep... scoliosis isn't a nice thing, but it feels like I'm finally finding a way to beat it.

I'm a bit worried about her, but, it sounded like she almost purposefully ripped it. sigh... healing is a slow process. some don't have the patience for it.

No never easy, but you have the determination and patience. Patience is what it's all about. I hope your friend didn't intentionally do that, maybe she overstretched the area? (hoping). Either way, when dealing with ligamentous involvement it takes a VERY long time because the blood flow isn't as pronounced as it is in the muscle bellies.
