Re: Well, you are all here..
Thanks for the info, it is good to hear from you again. Is the third stage the last stage or is it supposed to end after that point? How long do the stages last?

I wish I was there to see you in person, it would make things much easier to work with. I have been keeping you in my thoughts. :)

Sleep well.

lol yes I was going to answer this eventually ok well the stages can last anywhere from 5 months to 12.. according to the Dr and what is on the net too. I have had this for months now, so I can only assume this must be the second stage, as less pain but still frozen is the second stage. This is all I know, and that is all they know too.

... lol, none of that 'just lurkin' kinda stuff here m'lady... hiand gooder to see ya.... mehopes you be having a super and duper gooder sorta Wednesday evening too!

Well nice to see you as always!! It isn't going tea bagley.. and I hope yours is a fine one too!
 Quoting: Coolchick

.... mucho thanks there lady, and a'for sure for sure... it's a downright for sure gorgeosis Wed-nes-day evening.

... and also... hithere Ms TK... thanks to you too, and for Hallowe'en I'm goin' all out for for all the candy I can get.
Lol, why, on me postal route today even, I went into one of the banks in town for to deliver their mail, and I saw this big bowl of Hallowe'en candy sittin' in the counter... and you know, I guess for like any customers who came in and wanted some, lol... and so I plopped down the mail, and then I called to one of the girl tellers, Dawn Brown, to come over to where I was (right next to the candy, of course of course). And she came over and said, "What, you have a postage due, something for me to sign, what do ya want Owen?"

And so I started laughing as I replied, saying, "Come on Dawn... fess up.... where's all the gooder stuff here? All I'm seeing in this bowl is that crap kinda Hallowe'en candy that you guys try to pawn off on all the kids and them unsuspecting grups... where are you guys keepin' the real goods?"

Well... she looked at me, and then she also started laughing as she bent down and pulled out 'their hoard' from under her counter... out came the Snickers, the Mounds, the Kit Kats, the Mars bars... and well, you know.... and on and on and on.... all the gooder ones.

And so thus, I also got to get me very first 'hand-full' (oink oink!) of Hallowe'en goodies today.... and methinks/feels I'm off to a pretty dang gooder beginning too.

Nice, I'm glad it worked. It doesn't sound like the problem has gone away, but you have less pain at least. :) To be honest I haven't focused on your back yet, is it the lower back? Pinpoint the specific location if there is one, I will see what I can do for you. :)

It the muscle right across the back of my hips. Just feels like such a tight muscle that if I move it much it grabs me back.. very bad in the morning to the point where I have to roll out of bed and be very careful how i stand up.. and have to walk very slowly. basically it seizes, like a spasm but it stays constant. I need it to let go (i have tried to relax it but I can't seem to) long enough that it will ease back into normal movement.

well first I don't have any, but the thing is I have had a bad back since 14 so I am familiar with all the things to do.. except, it is being caused this time by frozen shoulder. I can only sleep in 2 postions and I think it is throwing off my back because of it. This is a new one for me so my tricks and usual things are not working because I am not familiar with this one.
