I am trying to get it to unlock and it is somewhat less "grabby" and sharp when I move but it is still very much swollen feeling and feels like it is "out".


Nice, I'm glad it worked. It doesn't sound like the problem has gone away, but you have less pain at least. :) To be honest I haven't focused on your back yet, is it the lower back? Pinpoint the specific location if there is one, I will see what I can do for you. :)


It the muscle right across the back of my hips. Just feels like such a tight muscle that if I move it much it grabs me back.. very bad in the morning to the point where I have to roll out of bed and be very careful how i stand up.. and have to walk very slowly. basically it seizes, like a spasm but it stays constant. I need it to let go (i have tried to relax it but I can't seem to) long enough that it will ease back into normal movement.


Have you tried ingesting weed oil, it cures cancer, im sure it might help with that


well first I don't have any, but the thing is I have had a bad back since 14 so I am familiar with all the things to do.. except, it is being caused this time by frozen shoulder. I can only sleep in 2 postions and I think it is throwing off my back because of it. This is a new one for me so my tricks and usual things are not working because I am not familiar with this one.

No i havent and you know what I would.. but i haven't the coverage. I want to be done with this, go back to work, and friggin feel like me again. This isn't acceptable to me anymore.. Iam going to get my strength back. Not sure how but I have a timeline and it is within 3 weeks.. maybe a bit less. You guys Rock Thankyou it all helps!

Acupuncture saved my life, literally. I was looking at another surgery (don't know why folks want to cut me so much) but I said screw it and went to acupuncture. Best thing I ever did, it's how I manage pain now, I go 4 to 5 times a year and OMG the relaxation afterwards if un-freakin-believable!

With all my medical crap I haven't been to a western doc in almost 2 years, no prescriptions and those needles are amazing!

There's a guy in my town that works around insurance, he understands the mess that is, so I get my front, 50 or more needles and my back, same amount, done for $35 a visit.

He also does the cool stuff on my head and works on my TMJ. He figures everything is connected so when he works on one area he follows through on all areas it may affect. He's awesome.

Also, I know there are clinics that will go on your income and give you individual attention. If you don't have a job or steady income it's like 5 or 10 bucks, if not free. Of course, that's here in the states but I'm sure there is something comparable in Canada.

I can honestly say acupuncture was life changing for me. Not only did it lift the pain, it also lifted a depression I wasn't even aware of until it was gone.

As i said I really would but no coverage eh..
