I've got a prob in my upper back. Doing PT for it to help it. But, Muscle relaxants do not work for it.

No it isnt that. My back is bad, it is in my family and I have had it since highschool. Chiropractors, exercises the whole lot.

Yeah, just caught that about the duration you've had it.

But I was thinkin' about ya !!! lol

My sleep schedule is also screwed up, up till 2, 3 or 4 and it's not GLP cause I get off here pretty early. I don't know what happened, but it's frustrating.

Was your change slow, or a rapid change such as mine? This is in no exxageration - one morning I woke up, and was up until the next morning without the "sleep/tired" effect in between, been this way since.
I've been disabled/unemployabe for many years, were this not the case, I would have had to find a night-shift job in order to accomodate.


Usually over the weekends we stay up late with traveling to gigs and stuff, but usually by Tuesday, I'm back on the usual schedule, but the last few weeks I can't get back. Even getting up super early doesn't change the schedule, I'm still up to 2 or 3, kinda wired and waiting to yawn.

Luckily I work from home and the best sleep comes between 7 and 10.

I'm back! My neighbor just stopped by with some cinnamon raison muffins :) I was trying to catch up. You guys go way to fast.
Turtles 7-11 am are my best sleeping hours. I have always been nocturnal. It was difficult as a kid with school and stuff. I am always up to 3-4am. Some people are just born that way.

Have you done the accupuncture thing?

Good, cooked chicken in a asparagus and cream soup mixture, served it over rice. It was good!! I always give the animals a taste of what we had for dinner and for once, the chihuahua cleaned his bowl -- how's that for approval?

Hey thats great. I was wondering if you had got that straightened out. Adode? Yep. I remember downloading a new version and they had all kinds of things running wild on my computer last year.

Is the PT helping? I had a friend who's therapist taped her shoulders back to where they should be posture wise. It was crazy. Helped out her migraines alot. I've done chiro. Women in our family just have weak shoulders and I had a fall when I was a kid that messed my neck up. I'm sure you guys can attest, you just get used to dealing with it.
