Those justices are going to have to see pretty clear and convincing evidence this guy can make his case without it being disputed or proven false by the opposition. Interfering in a Presidential Election is a MAJOR step and one the court would not take lightly. I wonder if they'd do it at all, frankly.
They may refuse to hear the case until and unless Obama is the president elect.
