Santelli Tells The Truth

Quickie - on-air Rick told the truth and admitted to official network censorship of that truth....

"Every industrialized nation is putting a lot of supply on the market because they all have insolvent banks, woops I'm not supposed to say insolvent banks, they all have banking issues"

(I mighta not caught that exactly as spoken, but if not it was damn close!)

Gee, you think maybe you should stop by the bank this afternoon - no matter where you might live in the world - for a little withdrawl action?

Naw, printing up a few trillion in extra Treasuries doesn't indicate that we're trying to cover up a bunch of liars - and actual insolvencies (that is, bankruptcies) that are being intentionally (criminally?) hidden from view, does it?

Nor does Wachovia and National City selling out for 2/3rds less than their balance sheet (published just days before) said they were worth.

Remember, Cramer said yesterday on Big Idea that the banking system has been "saved".

I wonder - did the "powers that be" at CNBC order him to say that like they apparently told Rick not to speak the truth?"

He's been saying it a lot longer than 3 weeks bro. About 5-6 weeks ago I saw him get in an argument with that bald headed fat fuck, scream THEY ARE ALL INSOLVENT, rip his lav mic off and stomp off camera. Stunned silence was the result.

It was glorious....

Dang... you would almost think that the media is bought in some way.

Personally, I think the economy is a little worse off than what Wall Street presents.

If you could see some (and I said just some) of the large scale big picture what would you do with the information?

Laugh at it. Make funny jokes.
My guess is you would do nothing.
And the reason why you would not do anything is because you do not have the correct knowledge.

A deer in the headlights is still hamburger.

Still, perhaps I am being a little too harsh and am
only reacting to the commentary on the GLP.

So go read and then I will GRADE the comments posted.

Why do they try to hide (or refrain) the information? Do they enjoy lying or do they really think people will flip out? Obviously most people are too lazy to put 2 and 2 together so you could tell the "truth" all day long and not much would happen.

Anyhow, are these CNBC people finance or accounting folks? Or are they just reading teleprompters?
