I have alot of allergies, etc. Our family had weak shoulders and I had a concussion when I was a kid that kind of jarred my neck. I have gotten massages for relaxation but not specifically for muscle issues. Been thinking of trying it if my HSA covers it. the only other thing I could suggest is PT, then.
