From an indian guru master i have learnt that karma is the prolonged state of mind or mental atiitude or repeptetive thoughts over many years in a past life.

Forinstance if in your prefvious life you spent most of your time dreaming and fantasizing about being rich and famous, and made it a habbit for many years. When you get to the next life, the chances are those thoughts will start to manifest and you will become rich and famous.

That is karma! not a debt of sins you accumilated in a past life and must pay for in the next life. That is utter newage bullshit.

You are correct that karma means action and as we know we have action in thought, word and deed. The soul carries the memories from many lives and some of those selected memories shapeshift and impact on our lives now. Past life healing is excellent for breaking karmic cycles.

When Jesus said 'forgive us our debts' he wasn't just taking about money he was talking about karma. Hence, his other saying the measure you give will be the measure that you receive.

From experience I know that I carried over unforgiveness from a past life, I died of cancer in my last life and I brought that back with me into this life and had cancer again because I still had to integrate forgiveness and heal fear with love.

In this case it isn't new age belief it is experience.

I am going to speak now about the law of karma. If you want to learn more, read what is written in the foreign literature – German, French, English, Italian. I will treat this topic from the standpoint of the Divine science.

The karmic law originates from the very exit of the human being from God. And the action or manifestation of this law begins with the polarization of the human being, i.e. with the emergence of two poles in the world. The polarization means a division of the human consciousness into positive and negative, ascending and descending, or in the highest terms: awareness of Love and awareness of Wisdom. These are the two poles in the human being.

You ask, “What is the reason for the division of the human consciousness?” It occurred because the wish to appropriate and master things was introduced into each individual, into each human self. These two poles, developing separately from one another, went into different directions and forgot that they were sides of one whole. Therefore, once they were divided, they felt the inner impulse to obsess one another in a mechanical way. And where mechanical possession of things exists, violence is created. a. In contrast to this situation comes Nature that requires a voluntary sacrifice from human beings. Nature says, “Humans are brothers and they should sacrifice for one another voluntarily, out of Love.”

I will give you now a definition of the word “sacrifice” from a spiritual point of view. Sacrifice means a “law of proper growth and development”. Why? Because only entities that grow, blossom and give fruit, are able to make sacrifices.

Let us return to the question of karma. How did this law appear? When the first consciousness in the world limited the second one, conditions for karma had already appeared. I will clarify this idea with the following example: suppose that Nature has placed two people, equally rich and intelligent, to trade together. They needed one another, but nevertheless each of them wanted to take possession of the wealth of the other one. At last, one of them succeeded and the other was left without means. What would he do? He would become a servant of the person, who managed to take everything. Therefore, one became a master and the other – a servant. In this sense, masters in the world represent the first consciousness that gained supremacy in power over the second consciousness. And servants represent the category of those people, whose consciousness submitted to the influence of the first consciousness. But servants have still preserved their wish to become masters and to rule others. So, when a master has many servants, soon they begin to unite and organize themselves against him, acting to overthrow him. One day they will catch him and beat him well. After that they will become masters and he will become a servant. Thus, the two parts of the human consciousness exchange their places and parts.

When I am speaking about the karmic law now, do not think that you will comprehend it at once in its fullness. I ask, how can evil appear amongst the disciples of a spiritual school? It will come, if one of them wishes to become a master, to dispose with others’ knowledge. Evil will also come, if one of them wants to impose one’s own will on others: i.e. this one has an idea, which he wants to convey to everyone. Or one has a certain habit of behaviour or certain powers, which this one wants to carry out among others by all means. But disciples should know about the existence of a law, regulating the actions and manifestations of all living creatures. Nature has put limits or frames of development onto each power. Coming to its limit, it will raise the opposite actions. When people do not know your inner private intentions for some work, they are inclined to obey you, to submit to you. Once they get your objective and hidden intentions, they immediately start opposing you. This counteraction appears under the effect of the law for self-preservation and maintaining one’s own freedom.

Therefore, the law of karma can be regulated only when humans are ready to make sacrifices for others, to become their servants and to acknowledge the right of every living creature. You should give others the right you want for yourselves; you should send others the blessing you wish for yourselves. Everyone has the right to develop one’s mind and heart, to work for strengthening of one’s will, notwithstanding if uneducated or learned, poor or rich, servant or master. One’s riches are riches of all; one’s rights are rights of all. The difference is only in the way of using and applying these riches and rights in everyone’s Life.

Disciples may be submitted to a certain danger. It is the so-called vampirism, i.e. the ability to pull out one’s vital energies. Only those who know the occult laws can do it, but it is absolutely forbidden. In the School you have joined, parasitism is absolutely prohibited. Sponging one’s vital energies is nothing else but parasitism. Those who dare to do it will bear the consequences of their disobedience. That is why disciples should be highly enlightened, not to misuse the inner forces they have developed.

Many spiritual schools maintain the belief in their disciples that the power of human beings is hidden in thought. It is temporarily true, but in fact the power of the human being is neither in its thought nor in its feelings, nor in its will. These are just human manifestations, but they are not yet the source that brings power. It is the same as to think that each manifestation of love is real love, revealed in its completeness. Sometimes Love is revealed in its form, sometimes – in its substance or meaning, but these separate manifestations of love have not yet represented Love in its fullness. I will give you some examples, to get a clear idea about Love revealed in form, content and meaning. For example, when a worker passing by a river sees a drowning person, he goes into the water, catches this person by his hand and drags (?) him out of the water onto the bank. Then he says to the saved one: “Come on, go home!” This is an example of a physical manifestation of love – love revealed in its form.

A second example: a person who has not touched food for several days is walking down the street. A stranger meets this person and reads on his face that he is very hungry. The stranger stops and invites the hungry one to his home for refreshment. He gives him enough food and after satisfying his hunger, says: “Now you may go home.” It is a manifestation of the substance of Love.

A third example: you meet a young and studious person, who wants to study and acquire knowledge. You are a teacher in several specialties, so you offer him lessons. You teach him for one or two years and when you see that he has acquired some knowledge, you say to him: “Now you are able to continue your studies alone. Make an effort and you will succeed.” It is a manifestation of the meaning of Love.

I ask, do you think that if you help a drowning person or feed a hungry one or give knowledge to an uneducated one, you will manifest Life completely? No, Life and Love can be revealed completely only if you live in the Causal world, where all are living for one and one is living for all. In this world, the wellbeing of each one is a common wellbeing, and the common wellbeing is wellbeing of each one. On this basis the activities, joys and grief of every creature, nevertheless how small it is, should be sacred for you. It could be a fly, for example, but you should treat it in the way you treat a human being. Only in this situation God will rejoice. But only God may direct His attention to those small creatures and things. Humans pay much more attention to great enterprises.

Now, as you have come to this School to study, exclude lying from your life completely – not the slightest trace shall remain of it. It is the only thing that is not forgiven to the disciples of this School. All other errors may be excused, but lying – never! If the lie comes, protect yourself from it as if it was fire! Falsehood is a principle that will bring you into the contradictions of Life, from which you can hardly get free. When one falls into a difficult or helpless situation, this person immediately resorts to lying, saying: “It is impossible to live without lying!” No, it is impossible to live without Truth, but you can certainly live without lies.

Therefore, write the following sentences, which are valuable rules of living:

It is impossible to live without Love, but one can live without hatred.
It is impossible to live without Wisdom, but one can live without foolishness.
It is impossible to live without Truth, but one can live without lies.

If you say the opposite – that it is impossible without telling lies, it will turn out, that falsehood generates Truth, which it is not true. If you say that it is impossible to live without foolishness, it will appear that foolishness generates Wisdom, which is not true either.

When we speak about the karmic law, we have in mind different types of relationships. For example, relationships of servants and masters, students and teachers, brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, all these are karmic relationships. Mothers and fathers represent one of the moderating circumstances of the karmic law. According to the karmic law, all beings are placed in close or distant relationships to one another, in order to pay their debts. Contemporary people should know this law, so that they can liquidate their negative karmic in the right way. Otherwise, if they do not know the karmic law and its requirements, they will create new karmic relationships between themselves that should be settled in the future. For example, if a master treats his servants badly, he will become a servant in some future life and his present servants will be his masters. He should serve them for a long time until he pays off his debt. That is why if you ask yourself why you should serve someone, the cause is hidden in your past, when you tried to submit the will of some people, making them your servants. But this is absolutely forbidden! To submit one’s consciousness means to submit the Divine in someone to yourself, trying to make it your servant. But it is the single impossible thing in the world: to submit the Divine to humans.

The liquidation of the karmic debts supposes inner work for the transformation of one’s thoughts and feelings in order to be reformed. The theosophists speak about the human high and low manas, high and low mind, spiritual and material nature, or the two poles in the human being. Your work on yourself is expressed mainly in this: to move from one pole to the other, mostly from the low pole to the ascending one. And it is true that if you want to appropriate something in emotional way, by your feelings, you will create negative karma for yourself. And you will liquidate this negative karma, when you let people be free. If you demand from a friend of yours to love you and to show you his love, he will put a halter on your head, he will goad you from behind and ask you if you agree to be loved in this way. It is the way of creating karma between two people. The law of karma is an awful thing! The karmic relationship may start even with one bitter word said to someone in some unfavourable coincidence. This word could be pronounced in a fictitious way, kindly, with a smile, but if it is bitter, it will produce its negative effect. No matter how a word is said, if it is bitter, it will bring thousands of evil things. Therefore, be cautious with each feeling and thought of yours. Before you let them out, filter them carefully to avoid impurities falling down together with them. How will you do it? Use the suitable filters for this.

From a spiritual point of view the human heart, mind and will are like filters that purify human feelings, thoughts and actions. Each thought, feeling and action should pass through the human mind, heart and will, in order to be filtrated. And only after their filtration they can be planted in the garden of the soul.

One should not be a clairvoyant at all to see how the karma between two people was created. Without any clairvoyance, one can understand how and when a karmic relationship has emerged. Even the slightest violations of the law of Love lead to the polarization of the human brain: it happens when more energy is gathered in one of the hemispheres of the brain in comparison with the other, so a person gets angry and starts offending his friends. If more energy is gathered in the left hemisphere of the brain, a person becomes very kind and polite, but not as a natural behaviour. It is noticed in such a case that the muscles of the right side of one’s face begin to contract and shrink. And then you see some specific disharmonic tics on the face of that person, caused by his disharmonic thoughts, feelings and actions. If these unconscious facial motions continue for a longer time, it may happen that the mouth becomes warped, because the muscles on one side of the face shrink, while on the other facial side, they are enlarged.
The karmic law will lay its seal on one’s face, eyes or some other place of the body in a short period of time. For example, if a person often tells lies, some of his muscles shrink and the ray coming from his eyes goes down, to the centre of the Earth. If this person looks in a mirror and sees the ray of his eyes, directed to the Earth, he himself will not like his appearance.

Now, when you will write about Beauty, you should know that Beauty comes from the inner harmony of the human being. One should be absolutely pure in order to attain and to maintain this beauty within oneself!

Now, write one more rule of life that is as follows:

Introduce Truth into your souls,
Light – into your minds,
Purity – into your hearts.

So, write this rule and every time when you go to bed ask yourself whether Truth is in your soul, Light – in your mind and Purity – in your heart. How will you know this? If Truth is in your soul, it will make you free. If Truth is in your soul, you will carry off things with vigour, giving freedom to yourself and to your neighbours. If Light is in your mind, it will bring you knowledge. Light is the conductor of knowledge. If Purity is in your heart, you will be strong in any aspect. Sometimes, when you see errors and wrong feelings in your neighbours, you are ready to judge them. No, according to the karmic law you should yourself correct whatever error you have found in your neighbour. Try to correct even the slightest mistake, which you see in your friend.

You ask, “How can we correct the mistakes of others?” I will give you an example that will show you a method of correction. A young person from the town of Varna went to an Evangelical librarian to buy some books. When the librarian saw him, he said, “A few weeks ago a friend of yours borrowed some money from me. I did him a favour, but he has not come yet to return his loan. What a friend you have!” – “How much is his loan?” – “Such and such an amount.” – “Here you are, take this money and consider the account settled. I am one with my friend.” With this act the young person had proved, that he and his friend were honest people. This is a noble character.

Therefore, if you hear bad things about your friends, pay for them and say: “I am one with my friends!” How will someone behave who has not got this moral? Hearing some bad words about his friend, he will answer: “Yes, it is true that my friend has this weakness, he is somehow neglectful, but I will speak to him and tell him to pay.” There is no need to speak. The School you have joined does not allow speaking in such cases. Disciples are required to pay for their friends and to arrange their debts. And when you meet your friends later on, do not mention anything to them. If you apply this method, you will see its good results.

The above method is for those who are ready to pay for their good friends, but not for those who have the possibility to pay, but nevertheless, leave their friends to settle their debts for them. This is violence and misuse of the people’s conscience and it will result in negative karma. One day such persons will lose their good friends and will have to pay by themselves. If you have good friends and let them settle your debts, you are on the wrong way. One day the Providence will place you in the same position – you should pay even double, together with the interest. Those who think that they can outwit the karmic law, mislead themselves. The Bulgarian proverb “The old fox walks straight into the trap” is just for such people. You should not play with your karma. It is the creditor. It does not admit any delay, not even half a day. It does not accept any excuses – you will pay your debt exactly, together with the interest. So, it does not remit even the interest. The karmic law is strict. It will let you free only when you have settled everything.

You should know that all good thoughts and wishes of humans polarize in one or another direction. Knowing about the law of polarization, you will see that everything in Life is polarized. You say, for example, a new and an old teaching. May the old teaching function in the roots and the new teaching - in the branches. The old teaching will serve to fertilize the tree that will grow, will bear fruit and from it the new tree – the New teaching - will develop. And according to the New teaching, the karmic law will not be frightening for humans. Why? Because of the knowledge that karma likes brave people. Be brave enough to receive your karma well – as a dear guest paying a visit to you. If you try to escape from it, it will reach you with the stick and fight you out. Karma possesses some nobleness. It will fight you, spit on you, but at the end it will go without doing you any harm. Karma possesses a bearish character. When it wants to attack someone, it goes around him, strokes its hair, pretending that it does not see him. Its hair becomes soft, but this person’s hair goes up. If karma does not want to attack someone, it passes by him, bristles, gets its back up, spits on him and goes away. In this case the person gets off with a whole skin, but he has experienced a real fright. Karma is like a bristled bear for brave people: it will pass by them, getting its back up and it will spit on them, but then it will go away with the words: “All right, I’ll leave you.” You should thank karma that it has not touched you, nevertheless that it has frightened you, but you are all right after all.

Knowing this, you will solve the tasks of your life accordingly. If you come to a big disaster, say, “My beloved karma has bristled up, it is spitting on me, but it will not do anything else.”

You ask, “What shall we do and how shall we live to avoid the creation of karmic relationships between people?” I will give you an example and you will draw your own conclusions. Visualize two parallel railways with trains going in two opposite directions – East and West. Suppose that a hundred trains go East and they are located along one of the railways in equal distances. If the trains maintain one and the same speed, there is not a danger of crashing. But if the speed of the trains is different, crashes will occur by all means. Therefore, according to the karmic law it is not important if the trains go East or West, but the speed of the trains is of vital importance. The speed of the moving trains should be equal. Consequently, when two people go in one and the same direction with different speeds, they will surely face a collision. If the speed of a train is a hundred kilometres per hour and the speed of another train is eighty kilometres per hour, no danger of collision exists. But if the speed of the first train is eighty kilometres per hour and of the second train is a hundred kilometres per hour, there is a probability of collision, especially at night. In order to avoid the collision, the second train should reduce its speed to become at least equal to the speed of the first train and obligatorily it should keep some distance from the first train.

Now, as you live amongst people, you should be neither too smart nor too silly. Why? Both foolishness and intelligence are karmic laws. If you are too smart, you will go very fast and you will collide with those who are slow. If you are too foolish, you will go very slowly and you will crash with those who are fast. You will have the same results in both cases. How should you behave then? You should be as intelligent or foolish as those around you. You ask, “When and how should we manifest our intelligence?” You should keep your forces for better times. For example, if a slow train goes before you, you should reduce your speed. If your way is clear, i.e. if there is no other train before you, you may go then even with your cruising speed.

In two weeks from now, make a summary of everything that has been spoken about here up to now. Next time write on the topic: “Application of Karma in Life”. Today I outlined some ideas about karma, so that you could develop your themes and I am going to treat this question further on. When your works are ready, each one may read his work and the rest will discuss it. Any critical remarks should comply with the rules of the New teaching. To criticize means to say only true things, with which you are absolutely sure. Criticizing implies presenting things as they exist in Nature.

You are supposed to spend not more than one hour daily for working on the lectures and to write your themes. As far as the themes are concerned, ten minutes is enough. When you write your works on karma, consider these thoughts: if you are in front, move faster! If you are at the back, move slower! This theme gives an answer to some ideas from the new philosophy. But these ideas solve the problems only partially. Why? The situation will be different, if there is a second and a third train behind you. In this case you will take into consideration the following rules: if someone goes in front of you, give him way and possibility to go as fast as he wants! If you are behind, go slower! These are four significant positions in Life that should be always observed. Therefore, I say, when the disciples want to go faster, the Master cannot give them the right to go with a greater speed. While you are disciples in this School, go slowly! After you have finished this School, activate all your powers and go as fast as you can. If there is someone ahead of you, do not hurry up, but reduce your speed. Whoever is at the back should go slower.

These are symbols, which you should transfer into living deeds. What does the fast speed correspond to? It corresponds to Virtue. Therefore, be fast in Good, i.e. go in front! Be slow in evil, i.e. go to the back! It is an interpretation of the events in Life and Nature. In other words, the phenomena of the physical world should be translated into the language of the Spiritual world. And on the opposite – the phenomena of the Spiritual world should be translated in the language of the physical world. Only then things will become clear. So, the high speed represents Good and the low speed – evil. If you get angry often, you should know that you will move in the rear and will advance slowly.

If any issues of vital importance emerge amongst you in the future, you may write them and we will spend some time discussing them.

THE LAW OF DIVINE JUSTICE

"The entire contemporary world is built upon a false foundation. Each nation is a part of a unified organism: humankind. Each develops specific virtues and abilities. Each nation represents an element in Nature - and for this reason - has its own mission in the world. Each nation receives specific cosmic energies, transforms them and passes them on to the others. For this reason, each has had its place and significance throughout the entire existence of humankind. Each nation must give birth to an idea which will benefit humankind.

"At present, people think that they are the only factors, that everything depends upon them. This is not true. A Divine Factor exists which people have overlooked. A Law states: every act of statesmanship must have Divine Approval; that is to say, it must recognize the Divine in the world. Each nation and every man must respect the Divine Justice in the world. In addition to this, Divine Justice requires that we respect each and every being, protecting those rights which it has and providing for each all conditions for his development. Do not damage the little flower! When you read a book, would you tear out its pages? All beings in nature are like the letters on the pages of this book. You should not erase a single letter - not a single word - in the book, because the meaning will be lost.

"Every breach of Divine Justice brings its consequences. This is true for the individual - as well as for the collective-life. Not a single secretary of state or statesman is exempt from this Law. Do you know what repercussions a statesman who has acted unjustly can expect? When he passes on, he will incarnate as an ox, and this ox will be taken for slaughter. As soon as this ox has been slaughtered, he will enter another ox which will be slaughtered as well. After that, he will enter a rabbit which will also be killed. He will remember all this very well. When he comes to earth again as a man, he will say, 'Have you been an ox which has been slaughtered or a rabbit which has been shot?' After that, he will never violate the Law of Divine Justice.

"It is written in Nature, this Law: each nation which executes representatives of another nation and thus deprives them of their bodies must - after that - give them new ones. That is to say, the executed people must reincarnate into this nation. The Jews who were massacred by the Germans will reincarnate in Germany, and - in this way - the spirit of the German nation will be radically changed.

"The nations must be prepared for the application of Divine Law. Intelligent statesmen are needed who will apply Divine Law in the world instead of writing other laws.

"All nations will become more prudent, because the Law now comes from the opposite direction. Intelligent statesmen are needed in order that the many misfortunes - the great adversity - which the nations suffer can be avoided. And yet, because this is not happening, God now moves in the opposite direction. The nations are growing in intelligence and will not wait until their rulers become intelligent.

"If you follow the way of the new Teaching, you will discover the method for paying off your old debts. The Power of the new Teaching lies in its ability to pay off all debts. If you accept the new Teaching, no debt will remain unpaid. By 'old debts', I refer to karma. The European nations suffer because of their karma. They live under its weight. When a nation listens to the Ideas of the White Brotherhood, it prospers. If it does not, it is unable to prosper. With Russia as well - if they listen attentively to the Ideas of the White Brotherhood, they will prosper.

"The trend now is towards the unity of all nations. All nations must come together. In addition to this, the well being of all nations needs to be taken into consideration, and not only that of the one. A Law states: in every nation something good exists. When the nations unite, this good quality will flow through all the nations. The good qualities which the British, the Germans and the Russians possess will flow into the other nations and a new vital current will be born. The bond among nations will give birth to the new man, the new human character.

"Nationalism has come to its end. Hatred should not be fostered among nations. Nationalism is obsolete. Some say, 'A great nation.' This is not correct. Some nations wish to be great in order that they might rule over other nations. This idea belongs to the old culture. The purpose is not for one nation to be great, to be great in territory. Because all nations are represented in one organism, one great nation will look like an overly developed leg. One leg is well developed, while the other remains short. We will then have an abnormal organism. This will cause friction, suffering, and conflict.

"Russia is the link between the East and the West. She is the mediator between Europe and Asia. This is one of her assignments. That which we idealize in Russia is the Light, which comes from the White Lodge. The Bulgarians need to connect with Russia and with other nations as well. Every nation needs to serve God. This is 'the new' in the world: this is the future for every nation. That nation which does not serve God will pay. The Bulgarian nation is not being sent to work for the greatness of Bulgaria, but is being sent to fulfill God's Will, to serve God. No longer will great Serbia exist, great Bulgaria, great Russia, great Germany, great England. No one great power will exist, and yet there will be nations which will serve God - that is to say, which will obey God's Law. Every nation which serves God will have God's Blessing, will receive great abundance, will become an advanced nation.

"What does it mean to serve God? To serve God - in this case -means the following:

'To apply the Principles of Divine Justice.
To abstain from violence.
To have mutual cooperation among nations.
To serve, not dominate. '

"It is not the quantity which makes a nation great, but the quality. Every nation which does not wish to serve God will be deprived of its wealth and will disappear from the earth; it will disperse, as did the Jewish nation.

"The greatness of a nation lies in its service to God. A nation is then strong, and no other power will be able to challenge it. It will always - and under any conditions - be victorious. It will have inexhaustible bounties from God at its disposal.

"The Advanced Beings who come from Above - the predecessors of humankind - will assist those nations who serve God well, but those who do not wish to serve will not be helped.

"No single nation will be a ruler. The one who thinks that he can be a ruler is on the wrong side. At one time, large animals lived on earth. But what happened to them? The Lord destroyed them. All the ones who want to dominate the earth at present - He will do away with and send them off to some place else. For this reason, it has been said, 'The meek shall inherit the earth.'

"Imagine that one hundred people owe you money. They will ruin your entire life. It is preferable that you forget about them and that you expect nothing back from them. Otherwise, if you should bring these one hundred people to court - one per month - how many months will you be arguing with them, how much trouble will you have? You would receive back one thousand leva and still, you would have to spend more.

"A man comes to you and tells you, 'I have nothing. I cannot pay.' If he has nothing, leave him alone. The Turks have a saying, 'Pay not that which you owe. Take not that which you are to receive.' This means: let there be an international reciprocal forgiveness of all debts."

DIVINE JUSTICE

"Justice must be applied to the human life: Justice in respect to the bounties which are provided.

"If there needs to be religion, it should be a religion of Love. If there needs to be a public system, it should be a system of Justice.

"Today there exists a new direction in the Universe for all: the outmoded standards must be replaced with new ones. New standards are required. One of the new standards states: love others, as you desire to be loved. Every person must know that the good which he desires for himself must be good for others as well.

"According to Mosaic Law, the social problem is resolved like this: that which man receives over the course of forty-nine years he must give back on the fiftieth. In that year, everyone will become equal again. The fiftieth year becomes a jubilee year: all rejoice when it comes and all give back to his brother that which has been received. Forty-five jubilee years have passed to date without being celebrated. Now forty-five jubilee years will need to come one after the other that Justice - the equitable distribution of goods - can be restored. Because 2, 500 years have passed without the jubilee years being celebrated, these forty-five jubilee years will be celebrated together. This is the 'end of times.' The end of times began in 1914. During the forty-five years which come after, all must give back everything he has received to everyone he has received from.

"According to the Mosaic law, a person that has been a slave, will become a free man after forty-nine years; and the man who has dominion over land received from another must give it back after forty-nine years to the one from whom he has received it.

"If the men who govern do not equitably resolve all issues in question between people, the world will experience cataclysmic change in the years to follow. Over the course of forty-five years, people will

need to become free of everything belonging to others in order to balance the old.

"Everything created by God and set on the earth is entitled to an equitable life. No one may take away this entitlement.

"The Intelligent Cause regards all people equally. Oppression is intolerable to God. God is patient, and yet retribution will ultimately come.

"Nobody can take away the bounties which have been given to you. Should they be taken away from you, sooner or later they will be given back to you.

"Every human being is born with certain Divine gifts. No one has the right to take away the Divine gifts that have been given to you. I am referring to those rights which God has given you. This is the new consciousness which is awakening. All must honor the entitlements of all peoples.

"You have a book which, although it might be plain on the outside, you love because of its content. In the same way, one must honor the Divine which is imparted to all; human beings, animals and plants. The Law of Justice requires this. From this point of view, if someone commits a transgression, do not say that he is bad because you will put into discord the Law of Justice - that is to say, the honor you owe to every living being. This person is like the fruit which is in the process of ripening: he has not ripened yet, but he will.

"In order to act in accordance with the Law of Justice, we should regard one another with sacred sentience. Justice defines the relationship between men.

"Bounty is that which is good for all - not for one alone. Justice requires that everyone should benefit from God's bounties. To desire to receive and hold the bounties for ourselves - this is not right. We need to distribute them to others as well.

"Children grow, and their expenses grow comparable to their growth. In their first year, the expenses are few; in the second, they will be greater, and so on. The same is also true for nations. They also grow, and the food supply, shelter and clothing must increase as well. The bounties provided by nature must be available to all: all should be able to benefit from them.

"Love in the future will be dramatically different from love in the present. The new kind of Love will be characterized by the following: the good of the one will also be the good for all. Beings are always sending down the Bounties of the Invisible World. We live in a world of abundance. There is sufficient food, clothing and everything else, but these are not properly distributed. If man lived rightly, there would be enough for all. The error is in the desire of some to possess more goods than is their due. Everyone should possess only as much as is required.

"In the human order, phenomena are not structured. In the Divine Order, there is Abundance, but not excess: there is no need for one to make provisions for the future. The wealthy and the poor alike are provided for that they may be assured of having air and light - they are not deprived of water either. Who can deprive a man of the water that flows from the mountain? The great delusion comes from man's unwilling-ness to subject himself to the Divine Order that is instilled within him. Man desires to build his own system in order to impose his own laws. The laws of men are useless. We do not need to teach the stomach how to digest food: it knows how to do its job. Man only needs to chew his food well. The same is also true for the heart. If you impede its work, you will disturb it. Divine Laws exist for this, but we need to apply them.

"To give to all according to their needs - this is the requirement of the Divine Law of Justice. Less is required for the small child; more -for the adult. Equity does not refer to the identical distribution, but to the right distribution of conditions and gifts according to the level of one's development.

"We desire wealth. This is a misunderstanding: everyone needs to work. All may receive as much as he needs from the Wellspring, but none may draw more Divine Water than he needs. To accumulate goods is not tolerated. The Law states: all may receive as much as he can carry. One night a wealthy man had the following dream. He came upon a wagon loaded with gold that was led by three pair of white buffalo, and everyone received some of the gold. This man carried a large trunk and asked to have it filled with gold. He was told that everyone could receive as much as he could carry on his back. And so, they strapped the trunk to his back and started to fill it - with one shovel-full, two shovels, three - and he would always say, 'More! More!' Eventually the trunk became so heavy that the wealthy man could no longer move and suffocated from its weight. Upon awakening from his dream, he realized that his wealth was greater than his need and began to share it with others.

"You pass by a tree. You are entitled to pick some fruit and eat it. You go on a journey. If there is a wellspring every five to ten kilometers, do you need to carry a canteen with water?

"Justice is the essential Law that is responsible for the distribution of Divine bounties throughout all sectors of society. In order for peace to exist in a country there must be equity toward all people without exception. The wealthy man is afraid of being robbed; the poor one is afraid of dying from hunger. Let the wealthy man give half of his wealth to the poor man. Bounties are to be available to all people. They need to be removed from those places where they are in abundance that they may be distributed to those that have little or none.

"I meet a man who tells me, 'My sack is empty; I do not know what to do. My children are dying of hunger.' I meet another man with a full sack. He says, 'My sack is heavy. I do not know how I will be able to carry it home. ' Let the one with the heavy sack call to the one with the empty sack and tell him, 'Brother, both of us are facing death. Take half the contents of my sack that both our states may improve.'

"Someone says, 'God has determined the fate of both the wealthy and the poor.' I ask him, 'Have you spoken with God?' He responds, 'One of the prophets three thousands yours ago did.' I ask him, 'Have you spoken with the prophet?'

"The social problem must be resolved. The foundation of its resolution should come from the process of breathing. Goods must be distributed rightly in order that receiving and giving may be regulated. In this way, man can be alleviated of his constant concerns about food. When God made bread, he forbade its sale. A great curse hangs over humankind. Why? Because you sell bread: life's greatest bounty. It is absolutely forbidden to sell bread or flour.

"Bulgaria needs to become the first country to apply the Divine Law of the land: bread must be given for free. Only the one who applies this Law is pure and free from transgression. God tells us, 'You are not entitled to sell or purchase the bounties which I have provided.' This Truth - to distribute bread free of charge - must now be applied on earth. It is not permissible to sell bread to your brothers. This is part of the resolution of the social problem.

"There is a Law which states: the man who does not freely share his resources must eventually share them according to the law of coercion. This means that if you do not share them freely, they will be taken from you by force.

"A prominent, wealthy man walked along a road. A poor man saw him, and told him, 'Do not take this road, there is a precipice further on.' The rich man only replied, 'This is not of your concern.' And so, he continued to walk, and he fell into the precipice and started to call for help. The poor man came to his rescue saying, 'I warned you!' After this, the rich man who had fallen came to his senses.

This means that because he had this experience, he began to appreciate compassion.

"When we speak about Divine Order, we need to visualize a world of plenty. Wherever abundance exists, crimes are not committed. What would it take for me to give an abundance of water to all if I am standing by a lake?

"The Divine Order is an Order of Love: that Love which bears Abundance. All must enter into the Divine Order that we may build a new way of Life."

I don't agree Lotus.

You don't carry anything physical from past lives (if they exist at all).

That is just an effort to explain the mercyless game of chance. Why is a man born cripple while another is born physically fit. Why is a man born rich while another is born poor. Explaining it through past deeds is a primitive way of warning the rich/healthy not to abuse their luck and the ones that are not as lucky and the poor/cripple to accomodate themselves with their condition and hope for better in the next life by cherishing the little good that they have in this one and giving back to others. It's a way of trying to improve behavior and society.

However physical things are passed down by heredity. I wear glasses because I use the PC for long hours and my father wore glasses from young age too. It's heredity + environment. I used to eat a lot of sweets and I'm ok. I know fellows that ate far less than I did but because their ancestors had diabetes they developed it too.

I agree to a certain extent. There is no Karma as it is understood and taught in new-age circles. It is not a debt.

I don't agree with your example of thinking of riches in one life and becoming rich in the next. It's not that cut and dried.

It's all about action and reaction.....experience and learning. It's all about the tree of life, the middle way, and balancing.

Reincarnation is merely one religious belief of life after death.
Another, which is called spiritualism, is that there are vibrational planes of existence in the afterlife, and we are by spritual laws drawn to the plane that best fits our vibration, whick is developed by the kind of life we have led. From that plane we learn to adjust to our new life and are shown how to continue to learn, grow, and make progress to the higher planes. We can communicate and influence and observe our loved ones from the lower planes, but after graduating to the higher planes and as much time passes by we lose interest in the affairs of earth and more involved in the activities and projects in the afterlife.

Why is Life so Unjust? - the Law of Reincarnation

As we go through life we come across people who are rich, handsome, intelligent, powerful and successful in every way. And then we see others who are so poor and defenceless that their life is an endless series of failures. What is the reason for such differences in their circumstances? Many people are outraged by what they think of as the injustice of fate. If you ask a scientist to explain these inequalities he will say that it is a question of chance. And if you ask a priest or a pastor he will tell you that it is the will of God. Some might talk about predestination and grace, but that only adds to the injustice! In any case, to say that "it is the will of God" is almost the same thing as saying that "it is a question of chance".

If we analyse the priest's answer we are forced to conclude that God gives everything to some and nothing to others. We don't know why; that's just the way it is. But that's not all: it seems that He gets very angry when those to whom He has given nothing good, either in themselves or in their circumstances, turn out to be vicious and stupid and commit crimes. He even punishes them! Since God is almighty He could have made all His creatures magnificent, but He didn't. So not only is it His fault if men commit crimes but He then punishes them for their crimes. No wonder so many people have a horror of religion!

The truth is that there is a very good reason for all the apparent injustices of life, and that is the law of reincarnation. The Church has never realized that, by denying this law, it was portraying the Lord as a monster of cruelty.

The explanation is simple: at the beginning God gave us everything. But He also gave us freedom, and we have used that freedom to indulge in some very costly experiences. Of course, the Lord sees all this but as He is generous and patient He lets us work things out for ourselves. He says, "My poor children are going to suffer and run into trouble, but that doesn't matter: all my love and wealth is there, waiting for them. They have plenty of reincarnations ahead of them in which to learn wisdom." In other words, God lets us exercise our freedom, and all the bad things that happen to us happen through our own fault: we have deserved them. And we have also deserved all the good things that happen to us: they are the results of our efforts in previous incarnations.

Why does the Church put all the blame on God for what happens to us? Perhaps you will object, "The Church doesn't blame God; it has simply suppressed the belief in reincarnation." Yes, but if you think about it, you will see that it amounts to the same thing. And it is very serious, because the knowledge about this law of reincarnation is one of the cornerstones of morality. As long as people are unaware of the law of cause and effect which carries over from one incarnation to the next, no amount of preaching or sermonizing will do any good. They won't change. And not only will they refuse to change but, seeing themselves as the victims of social injustice, they will rebel against their fate and become more and more jealous and full of hate for those who seem to be more privileged, with the result that their situation will be even more complicated. But someone who knows that all the difficulties and hardships of this life are the result of his past transgressions will not only accept them as just but will also make up his mind to work for good so as to enjoy better conditions in his future incarnations.
