get farm raised and/or organic. Grocery stores aren't the only way t get beef. Try a butcher and ask what they know about the origins.

It's very useful. You can buy large cuts of meat for a good price and cut it down. My dad always tells me where the cuts come from.

Ya, its much cheaper, and a full cow will pretty much do 8 to 10 mon.s of meat if your careful for say $600
