I think I will try spring rolls better, egg rolls have too much wrap, too heavy. But the wraps were bigger so I thought they'd be easier.

My dad's a chef and he has scars on his hands from burns and cuts. It's very demanding work! I don't think people realize. You're on your feet all day and when it's showtime, you're hustling. Oh...meat slicers, those sound scary to me!
