My question is directed to an issue of balance. If a movement is made that directly impacts a specific group then yes....have your voice heard and uprise.... but this is not it. It's about picking and choosing your battles....when a specific group challenges EVERYTHING rather it's justified or not, it only harms the image and efforts of that group. anything after 'but' is bullshit! However, what kind of "supremacy" are you speaking of? What specifically is being sought by either group that would 'elevate' them above all the rest? |

(OP) User ID: 564188 United States 12/18/2008 10:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What I find interesting is in Georgia they were discussing the idea of combining the black colleges with majority white colleges, and the blacks were outraged. It's hard to draw a specifically clear line between what's racist and not, what's considered segragation and what's not. The bottom line is, the groups mentioned in this news item are investing angry energy into something that is completely irrelevent to their cause. anything after 'but' is bullshit! You cannot have equality if one group or another prefers to be unique or stand out among the rest. If you want TRUE equality, then self expression must be sacrificed. anything after 'but' is bullshit!
