Serious Question, Does anybody wake up vibrating.

Exact same thing happens to me. After I had my baby via cesarean, I had a few day hospital stay. The nurse came in to wake me for a routine check on my vitals. When she woke me, I had only been asleep about 20 minutes or so. My temp was almost 100F and my heart was racing. My BP was only slightly higher than normal. She was concerned and I told her to give me a few minutes to wake up. Within 5 or so minutes everything was back down.

I don't know if I'd call it vibrating, just a bit shaky, like too much caffeine shaky.

many times at night while lying quiet, i will feel very small rocking motions... just very slight and you have to be very still and relaxed to detect them... what i've determined is that i'm sensing motions in the tectonic plates... not big enough to be tremors, but just significant enough to detect them. this doesn't quite sound like what you are experiencing though.

Interesting, when my wife was pregnant she would awaken me some nights vibrating. It would be impossible for someone to duplicate. It was a very high-frequency vibration; strong enough to awaken me (and not her), but impossible for me to pinpoint where it was originating from. It was very otherworldly. It ended and never returned after she gave birth.

I had this happen 3 days out of the past 2 weeks.

I am a transplant and the office called and said I am close to becoming anemic and need an injection of procrit to avoid a blood transfusion.

Maybe you have the same imbalance.

Usually when I wake up vibrating it's from an external stimulus that I refer to as "my baby" and is powered by 2 double A batteries...

Same thing happening to me. I never thought of mentioning it to the doctor though. Told my husband about it and he just thinks it's nerves.

Gain weight and it will go away.

Happens to me too. not so much lately, I'm not going to tell anyone though they will think I'm weird.

OP..I have Chronic Lyme Disease and have all the symptoms you describe. This video is amazing as I have questioned electrical interference. I would strongly suggest you watch the Under Our Skin movie on hulu and Youtube. I would go see a Lyme Literate dr.

Tradional drs will say it is all in your head and want to put you on antidepressants. I am now bedridden and in a wheelchair thanks to Lyme at 41 all in the last year. Lyme will continue to get worse as it will effect every system in your body.

YES! This happens to me daily, and has been going on for years. I describe it as being plugged into a light socket. It feels electric like, and I notice it upon first awakening. A poster mentioned DNA Activation...I did play around with that years back. I have never had sleep paralysis.

I just woke around 0330 from a very lucid dream,I have these dreams about once per week, though only thesecond time I've experienced such intense vibrations.it last for about 30 seconds.I try to get up but all i can move is my head, but only slightly.I remain still and rather enjoy this experience.I am somewhat in to this sort of thing.I can summon similar vibrations at will in my spine, it feels like electricitycoursing through my body. I believe ones who experience this are going through changes.maybe spiritual or the body healing itself. research pineal gland if you'd like to better understand this, its trying to tell you something...listen to it.

I thought this was normal. I will wake up feeling like every cell in my body is buzzing, or as you described, vibrating, but this only happens when I awake suddenly. It takes a few minutes for everything to go back to normal, but my head feels foggy until that happens. Even when someone is trying to wake me up quietly, it startles me and I usually feel the buzzing when that happens. My daughter just told me the other day that it looks like it hurts when I wake up. I never realized that, but she is correct; it is painful for me to wake up.

It is definately OBE ive had that experience when i have unfortunatley fell into a very deep sleep in a chair and been woken up violently by my dog barking the hell at some prick stood at the window.it seems to take a while to re-orientate to who what and where you are andthat horrible rocking in and out of body feeling it makes me nauseous its sort of analogous to a diver cominv to sutface too fast and suffering the 'bends'

Cicadian sleep rythms. Interruption of sleep cycle releases cortisol dont awaken a hibernating bear youll understand the meaning of pissed off

Happens to me all the time. I used to wonder why people never spoke about the Mini earthquakes that seemed to be happening. Though I pretty much do it all the time often accompanied by this super high pitched sound like the o es emitted from store security systems.

However I'm one of those people they call sliders as I make street lights do weird things. I drain watch cell phone and other types of batteries..electronics?....lets just say they don't stand a chance. Nobody likes me using their stuff...hard drives Fry, stuff goes haywire. I found a way to work around it. The craziest thing is that for some reason, automatic door openers don't pick me up most of the time...but it works for other people. I was beginning to think there was some Sixth Sense stuff going on...waiting for Bruce Willis to show up.....
