For the record, this is not new, this investigation has been ongoing for some time.

Richardson is a skunk. His power and influence are for sale. Just ask the people of Carlsbad, or Los Alamos. Heck, go talk to his buds over at KISSINGER MCLARTY, or several different energy groups such as VALERO ENERGY CORPORATION. There was lots of chatter about his efforts to cover up nuclear waste dumping at Los Alamos, too, but that was in the very early 90s.
