I take Vitamin D3 supplement after a doctor on the Jeff Rense program recommended it, and I read up about it on Wikipedia [ link to en.wikipedia.org] In the UK, Boots the Chemist do a good one (I'm assured). During the winter, I take one or two capsules a day, as per the instructions, which is about the recommended daily dose.
