Biden / Powell prediction of Obama test -- Jan. 21 or 22 -- who thinks something big will happen tomorrow?

From the sound of this page, something BIG is indeed UP. And, now I'm wondering if Obama didn't just do all those neat things such as close Gitmo, etc, just to look good as he knew a "generated international crisis" would "force" him to re-initiate them? I mean, he really acted fast. What if he HAD to in order to get people thinking he was a man of his word... i.e. "See? Obama did this and this and this in his first days in office, but then TSHTF and he 'had' to implement those draconian laws."
