Ok, this crosses the line! If you shop where other people do, and THEY don't pay their bills, YOUR credit is affected! [ link to abcnews.go.com] "Other customers who have used their card at establishments where you recently shopped have a poor repayment history with American Express." This is wrong and offensive on so many levels. IN the story, IF you bother to read it, it says "ONE of the reasons is..". What are the OTHER reasons?? No one wants to admit they missed a payment, or did anything else that might affect their credit. .
