No one is EVER turned away for inability to pay.

latino eligals from katrina workers influx are running up medicaid 300 percent higher last year alone than before hurricane katrina and two thirds of all birth in new orleans are latino mexicans dropping ankor babies ..these gals can get gov paid apt, even if thier "only kid" is handiapped.plus life long welfare programs...and chain migration rights for supposed relatives. ..lol who can then get life long welfare aid.. lol..they keep on coming for the pork .

I hope the people of California are preparing. Even with a bailout things will get pretty nasty.
