I am a vegetarian, not a vegan. I do not eat any meat but i will still eat cheese. a true vegan eats no animal byproducts. And for those that say it is not healthy or makes you a small person, that is incorrect. I am 5'9" and an extremely healthy at 185lbs. Here is the only pic i have uploaded...
