Weird video of the star/Venus/whatever...help?

Can anyone help me figure out what would cause this sort of thing? I did not alter the video in any way...if you want the .mov file, that can be provided. Sorry about the camera shake. What is happening is that every time the object pulsates, there is a weird electronic sound from the camera, I believe. Is there a scientific reasoning for this? I am quite curious. Make sure you have your volume on, maybe you can help me???
