Louisville officer injured in shooting
The Associated Press LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A police officer responding to a domestic disturbance in Louisville has been shot.

Louisville Metro Police spokesman Alicia Smiley says the female officer was shot in the thigh. Smiley said other people were shot Wednesday morning, but she declined to say how many. She said the officer is in good condition at University of Louisville Hospital.

University of Louisville spokesman David McArthur says four people were admitted to the hospital, including the officer.
