I think sugar is the best sweetener around. It doesn't deserve all the negative press about it. I put sugar in everything that needs sweetening such as coffee and tea, and consume many foods with sugar in them such as pastries and I am as thin as a rail and in sterling health.

It's like poison. Processed sugar is not in it's natural state and raises the blood sugar level very high.
