I've got 2 nice ribeyes marinating in Jamaican jerk seasoning. In less than 2 hours they will be on the grill. Jealous?

jerk seasoning on a steak? WHY? that shit is for chicken and fish. The best recipe for any half decent steak is this:
In a small bowl, put butter, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper. Microwave this until its melted, brush it onto the cold steak and it cools and hardens. Grill over charcoal very high heat for 3-4 minutes per side depending on thickness. If your using a gas grill who cares what you put on it, it wont have any flavor anyhow.
