now i have way more sense. my tats are about ME not anyone else. and i dont care that i dont 'fit in' to societies norms, i couldnt give less of a fuck. i have a strong mind and personality and i like things 'decorated'. its about what I would like to see on ME - not anyone else. they tell my story, for me.

i mean where does this crap stop? we 'shouldnt' have tattoos? paint our nails? put make up on? do our hair? shave our pits? then what? hijab?

I hate tattoos sooo much...one have to ask why they promote it so hard via telly?

Funny....tattoos are a rebellious physical representation, at least in this society, but why would we, the "lunatic/fringe" who, for the most part, are intellectual/societal rebellious, have such an objection to them?

Many of the chicks in their twenties want to be cool, by their forties the tatoos look like a wrinkled bird shit. But, they are easy compared to non tattoed women. Obviously no self confidence by destroying their bodies.

Tattoo if you can afford it--fine by me--but why does every tattooed trailer trash mama I see in the grocery store think they can afford tattoos, but I as a taxpayer should buy their groceries with that state-issued foodstamp card I see them all using?
