The "Telepathic Rescue Mission" is designed to rescue a family who is decendant of two Royal Bloodlines, being held hostage by a Network in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Due to the extortion, the family was held hostage telepathically and now resides in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The extortionists used their Network of Drugdealers and Pimps to telepathically recruit FBI and CIA agents, which afterall, are just working men, they don't make a large amount of money, so once inticed with a Millionaires lifestyle they easily gave in to kickbacks in return for abusing their power. Therefore, they're able to play the good side and the bad side, through good citizens (christians, doctors, cops, parents) and criminals (drugdealers, pimps, rapists, child molesters). The first device needed is a brain computer interface which uses a brain in combination with a computer to track brain waves and locate these culprits to download their memory in order to have a solid basis to incriminate them, whetheer it's rape, mind control, human experimentation, or attempted murder, they're guilty of every charge and will be easily put in prison. Once located the device has to be able to disable their telepathic abilities so that they do not carry out any terroristic attacks in retaliation.
