Last winter holiday I made bread for several bus drivers and local service people as a gift. I recieved many requested for more with offers for money. I tend to be rather busy, but my daughter is baking and selling this summer. She makes about 100 a week baking as she feels moved to do so and taking it around to or emailing to people on the list.
