Kenyan Birth Certificate on EBAY. If Obama is not president, who is? Biden? Pelosi? McCain? Nobody?

If and when Obama is proven to be of foreign birth and therefore is NOT the president of the United States, who then becomes the president?
Biden was elected with Obama as ONE TICKET. If the ticket was illegal, would that not also mean Biden is NOT the Vice President?

And if the ticket that won was illegal what would that mean?
Would Nancy Pelosi become president? She belongs to the party through fraudulently failed to vet its candidate. That seems a little precarious does it not?

The Constitution allows for the Speaker to step up to the Vice presidency in the case where the President or Vice President is no longer able to serve out their term. But in this case THERE WOULD NOT BE A PRESIDENT OR VICE PRESIDENT! And there would not have been a president or vice president since January '09. Could Nancy Pelosi pick who ever she wanted to be Vice President, assuming the Presidency fell to her, or would congress decide?

Would the presidency and vice presidency fall to the Mcain/Palin ticket be or would there need to be a run off between their ticket and the Ron Paul ticket?

Seems to me there is no Constitutional Law to address this scenario. The only solution it seems would be a Constitutional Convention. But who would be the interim president in the mean time? Nancy Pelosi would be my bet... or one of the Service Branch's commander... you know, like in Guatemala or Venezuela or Pakistan.

But on the subject of the Constitutional Convention. It is my understanding that once you have a Constitutional Convention you open up a whole can of worms; the whole Constitution is on the table for change. The Bill of Rights could be eliminated... or revised.

There forces that want to make abortion a right and Freedom of Religion and the Right to Keep and Bear Arms non-tights would be politicing like crazy. What's to keep the Constitution from being revised to make Islam the State religion? Or make Atheism the State religion? The right to post anti-government material on the internet could be made illegal....

Is any one here knowledgable on Constitutional Law?
