Born in Kenya, when it was still a British colony so was born a British citizen/subject, then Kenya became independent so he became a Kenyan citizen, then his mother married and he moved to Indonesia, became an Indonesian citizen, came to US on a student visa, and never left, never applied for US citizenship, so guess what. We have a foreigner as president.

Hawaiian law reqwuires the testimony from only ONE close relative (mother? grandmother?) can get you a Hawaiian certificate of live birth. The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place and Macdaddy should soon be exiting left with deep regrets eloquently expressed.

1) prove it. hawaiian officials have verified the birth certificate they have on record. kenya has...nothing.

2) that statute was put into place in 1982, well after obama's birth. it also states that proof has to be provided by the mother or father, not a "close relative" like you claim.

You are missing the point in your nitpicking. The point the AC was making is that a COLB contains information provided by the baby's parents, NOT by the hospital/doctors. If a parent lied about the place of birth, the information in the COLB cannot be trusted. That's why Obama's COLB is NOT proof that he was born in Hawaii. The Hawaiian health department has confirmed that it has seen the original certificate. IT has not NOT confirmed that this document states that Obama was born in Hawaii.

And I was outraged at Bush's cabal of criminals being able to alter the vote so blatantly and obviously and get away with it.
