Simulation of La Palma Tsunami.

There is clear evidence that a Mega Tsunami will hit the East Coast of the US,probably this year. This evidence comes from scientists and researchers who have published the two prime theses which, when felled together reveal that this tsunami will probably strike the east coast very soon. The first thesis comes from Dr.Simon Day and his team of geologists at the Benfield Greig Hazard Facility. Geologists studying the volcanic island of La Palma off the west coast of Africa are certain that half the island, which is the Cumbre Vieja a 4 mile deep volcano, and 1000 meters above sea level, is about to plunge into the Atlantic Ocean. The scientists at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology have done both life like modeling and computer modeling of the consequences of a La Palma mountain-slide into the Atlantic ocean. Here are the results of the analysis:
A Mega Tsunami would be created, driving westward toward the entire eastcoast of North and South America at a speed of 450 miles per hour. The wave height of this tsunami[this is unbelievable, but the scientists staunchly defend these numbers]-the INITIAL wave height would be greater than the height of two Empire State buildings, standing one on top of the other and would generate a wave height from crest to trough of 100 meters when it crashes into NW Africa.By the time it reached itīs final destination, the east coast of the Americaīs,that would still be a 50 meter high tsunami.www.asce.org/files/pdf/tsunami/near.pdf

Recall that the recent Asian tsunami was only 10 to 15 meters high!
