Both had $20 bill in it. I called to complain-postmaster said-"was it sent certified?" "if not-can't help you-no way to trace it" so-just to let you know-you have to pay "protection fees' to get important mail delivered. (pay $4.50 to get a $1 birthday card delivered-no wonder no one uses the snail mail anymore)
