Well here is a little good news.
Bill S722 introduced by Bill Durbin (D-IL). was sent to committee on 3/26/03. Bills with no chance to pass are sent to committee to die and so far it has not be resurected.
HR 3377 introduced by Susan Davis (D-CA) Has had no action taken on it since October 28th 2003. Hopefully this one will die too.
