If you get into lard free, whole-wheat flour, organic corn or wheat flours, and they even have some made from sprouted wheat, etc., the nutritional value can increase greatly. Lard free is a must unless you want the worst kind of animal fat you can get. (Which tastes great by the way - but it lousy for your vains and arteries.) |
