Just a thought...

Was the X-37b space orbital vehicle which was redesigned to have a military purpose in the year 1999 from the older X-40 design, thee great king of terror Nostradamus talked about in the quatrain? The orbital vehicle has been considered highly classified for the better part of the last decade. With unknown (weapon?) capabilities. Some have speculated it's a kind of flying Haarp, or rod throwing machine, or maybe a nuke launching device, although I doubt the nuke launching given it size.
