I am getting sick of this crap. Let's take something into perspective here.

My grandparents came here from Scotland in the 40's.

You want to talk about people oppressed and tortured by Brits?

Slavery was a tragedy, don't get me wrong. However, why should black people who were mistreated by British settlers be treated any different or better than me? My people were harassed by England far worse and far longer, in my opinion.

So...in other words, it MUST have something to do with my skin being white.

So, it IS about race.
