They normalized so many things that were taboo before. And the hits kept coming. Bigger and faster as it snowballed. Shortly after that was the first I heard about high school kids experimenting with homosexuality to be edgy. Look at the respect kids have now. For anything. Compared to previous generations. MTV has not created a generation of gays anymore than than generations of intolerant fucks have prevented people from ignoring their biological programing with any success. the Kinski report clearly stated that across the board of race, gender, location or culture when polled anonymously 1 in 10 people declared themselves homosexual. 1 in 10 is a lot!!
